i have put a sealed JL - 10W1v2 sub with a JL - A1200 amp into an acura RSX-S, the car does have the bose system in, i did not install a new deck.  The input for the amp cam from the rear speaker in the car, i split the wires and ran them into the input of the amp......  The system works ok but i truly expect alot more from this system it is not hitting hard at all! is the stock boose creating a problem, do i need to change the wiring? HELP!

The signal to your rear speakers is crossed over (high-passed) in your head unit.  You need to get a signal from the factory sub.

The factory sub has 2 wires that went into it, should splice it so i have all four input wire on the amp hooked up?

Yes he is. You are far better of purchasing a good LOC to integrate the factory amplified system into the new amp.
