i need an information on how to remove the factory market radio(bmw reverse rds) on my bmw 316i compact model 1997 german spec. . i tried to use used small allen tool but theres no success. pls help

The allen keys have 6 sides. The BMW keys have 5. You need to have the right tool.

I have used square bits before and they worked fine.

While I agree it can be done (yes I've shoved small allen keys in there to get it done), it sounds like our friend has been unsuccessful.
