I have not been able to find a radio dash kit for installaing an aftermarket headunit in a 2004 infiniti G35 coupe. Is their a dash kit? or i was told there is a factory dash bezel you might be able to get at the dealer that has a doubledin size opening in it?? i called the local dealer but the parts guy had no idea what i was talking about. does any have any advice they can give me on istalling a radio in one of these cars??? or will i have to make a custom kit and charge the customer an arm and a leg??

I remember reading a thread here a while back about ordering a Skyline bezel from Japan to fit a single din unit. https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp?tid=76141&KW=g35+skyline

Yeah, you have to order the parts from Japan, you won't be able to make your own.

I haven't done it to mine, but from what I understand you get the dash piece, a bracket, and the AC control circuit board (the US spec has an integrated radio/AC circuit board).  If you have dual climate controls there is an added step in the process, but I don't know exactly what that is.

The price for the dash kit used to be around $400 from a place called Yoshi's Garage, but now I believe you can order them from an Infiniti Dealership in Texas called Grubbs Infiniti.

It's a bit cheaper then $400 now that I've looked it up.

https://www.grubbsperformance.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=doubledinCoupe

$240 for AC controller
$ 90 for dash piece
$ 55 for bracket

$385 + shipping!   :)
