Has anyone had a problem ejecting the navigation DVD out of a D1? I've tried to do a couple resets etc. with no luck.   The DVD is working perfectly and looking at it while it's spinning shows no warpage or anything obvious. Is there a trick to getting these out, or am I going to have to take it apart to remove it? I'm trying to put in an update disk is the reason for the removal. Any help will be appreciated.

its in demo mode for display to keep people from stealing them. Contact your local pioneer dealer.

Thanks for the response. How would it have gotten into the demo mode? I bought it new and never had a problem with it. But come to think of it it was a display model, so your probably right. I'll call Circuit City. Thanks, I would have never thought of that.

That is what the problem was. Called Circuit City and they gave me the button sequence to push and it took care of it. Thanks for your help.
