I just recently tried to install new door speakers into my buddies truck that he didn't realize had the infinity system. When I took out the factory speak I didn't really know it either until I went to best buy and was told that the huge thing above the speaker was the amplifer. When I tried to install the aftermarket speaker in the right door panel it didn't work so I tried plugging the factory one back in to see if that would work and it didn't. So my question is, is there a bypass harness to get the after market speakers to work since the original has a funny looking connector or what is the best way to wire the after market speakers I.E.- tap into the speaker wires behind the stereo or the harness on the door? Any help on this topic is greatly appreciated since he is coming back to get the speakers reinstalled. Thanks again ahead of time.

Left Front + Dark green Line level output
Left Front - BROWN / red Line level output
Right Front + Purple Line level output
Right Front - Dk.blue/red Line level output
Left Rear + BROWN / yellow Line level output
Left Rear - BROWN / lt.blue Line level output
Right Rear + Dk.blue/white Line level output
Right Rear - Dk.blue/orange Line level output

Look for these wire colors at the plug on the amp/speaker. These come from behind the deck. These are the wires you need to connect your new speakers to. The same color will be behind the radio. BE CAREFUL, there is 12volts and turn on @ the speaker plug as well.....
