hello this is my first time posting on this forum i couldnt find any other topics like this so well heres my problem. I have a 4 channel DHD amp 1200 watts like the one at this link(https://https://www.dhdusa.com/a_ntx_279x.html) and 2 audio pipe 10's 4ohm dvc (https://www.audiopipe.co.uk/productdisplay.aspx?productid=22&ProductName=TXX-OD10) ive tryed many configurations too get these sounding good  but nothing ive tryed to far that sounded good has been stable. i havent tryed hooking up just one voice coil  so if that is my only option let me know. I dont know if i need to bridge one speaker on channels 1 and 2 and the other on 3 and 4 or put both speakers together iam geting confused with ohms. I just wanted to know the best way to wire these speakers to this amp thx for your help

thanks for the advice, iam gonna try hooking up each voice coil separately but i will probably end up buying another amp, so i just need one thats 2channel stable at 2ohms correct or would it sound better if i bridged both speakers and got a amp stable at 1ohm?

one amp channel to each voice coil... don't sweat it.

-------------
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

I also recommend the one amp channel to each voice coil.

In my personal opinion, anyone who thinks he can come in with "if you really want options..." as a n00b, shouldn't be taken as credible. If you did e-mail or PM him, until he has proven himself in the forum that YOU ASKED FOR HELP, disregard any of his opinions or suggestions.

groundpounder12, I'd recommend you actually post in the open, where all can read your suggestions, and form opinions and rebuttals, should they be necessary. This is how our forum works.

groundpounder12, scratch "write me back" from your vocabulary and welcome to the forum.  We all would like to hear your ideas.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
