I am thinking about getting one of these subs. What do you guys think about this sub? Is it worth the money? And what amp would you reccommend to push it?

I have a single 15' L5 Solo Baric and to me it was worth every single penny I put down on it. I'm pushing it with a Lighting Audio 1000.1D mono block amp running it at 2ohms, which is around 700RMS. This single sub pounds the hell out of you. I know if the L5's pound then the L7 series is screamming nothing but bass. Just my opinion about the sub.

Ok, sounds good. How do you wire the sub? LIke this? And if you do wire it like that, do you use a Y plug or what? posted_image

Yeah that's exactly how I have mines wired up. Using 16 awg wire I believe running to a spring speaker terminal.
