im running two 15 inch subs in a 7.5 ft^3 box and i want to know if i should split the area of the box into two, one for each sub, or should i keep it shared area? i want to go with spl. the box will be ported and tuned to about 40-45 hz. thanks for the help

I would keep it a common chambor box with a lot of port area...but thats only my opinion....but I would brace it good inside though

I know many others will say to divide it...well lets wait and see

i think it's really a personal preferance. personally, i like a divided box but a common chambered box can do well depending on the application. as for spl, box tuning and bracing is most important.
