Hey, guys!

Stil evaluating component possibilities.  One potential set I've identified is the Rockford Fosgate Power T162S 6.5 components.  However, I can't really find any opinions from people who have seen/heard them.  I also can't find a local shop with them in stock.

Perhaps all that should tell me something, but I was hoping to get some input from people who know something about them.

Any input?

RF=VERY marginal SQ. For the money, look elsewhere.

Painfully overbright, with flabby midbass. Never been impressed at all.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Great input.  I appreciate the response.

Looks like I may go with the Polk mmc6500.  Even though I live in a town with 250,000 people, there aren't many trustworthy local audio shops, so my listening choices are limited.  I may buy from Crutchfield (yikes!) or other online retailer that accepts exchanges if I don't like them.
