I'm plotting the 8712 in WinISD for a ported box. WinISD is tuning the box down to about 21Hz. That seems awfully low. Is this okay to use? If I try to tune it higher the curve just spikes drastically at about 38-40Hz.

This sub is just not too happy in a ported box. IIRC it was desinged around a sealed enclosure of 1.5 cubic feet gross volume.
