Ive calculated my parameters and came up with a plan for a ported box but all i need to know is,

Is the port displacement calculated by the program or do i have to do that myself?

Like do i just build the box to the size i came up with or do i add port displacement to the total?    .....Sorry first ported design(i wanna do it right)

port displacement is not acounted for...you must add it into the total volume

how do i figure out port displacement?

If it's a cylindrical port, use the calculator found over to the left side of this page under "woofer calculators", tube/cylinder volume calculator.  Measure the total width of the outside dimensions of the port and enter that as diameter, then enter 0 as thickness.  This keeps you from having to measure a thin walled port thickness.  Decide on what you will use for a port and get the necessary measurement.

If it's a slot port, decide how you are going to incorporate it into the box.  Anything you use to build the port that is in addition to the box, as well as the air volume inside the port, is figured as port displacement.

Um...just use a simple math formula for Volume....basically base times height
