I see that American International makes a dash kit to hold a double din in this car, however It appears that metra does not make one. Does anyone know if this is correct? does metra only make a kit for this car for single din?

I own the exact year and make of car.As of now,no double DIN from Metra.

thats what i figured, salesmen booked a job tomorrow for me to install a double din but we only deal with metra, so i would like to know how he thinks its gonna fit. typical salesmen.....

Worse comes to worse you could try a honda/acura dealer and see if they have the dash piece from a non type s in stock. That's what a buddy of mine did. I think it cost him like $50.
