Option 1 (series/parallel) = 2 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 2 or 1 ohm mono

Just a quick question, if i wire my subs up like this and hook them to an amp that's good for 1000W RMS @ 2ohms, would i be showing each sub 500W or 1000W.  I'm pretty sure it would be 500W, i just wanted to check.  Thanks in advance for any replies.

If the subs have the same voice coil impedance than power is split equally
