I recently purchased an alpine head unit along with the neccesary components for install, including a metra chrysler 2002-up wiring harness. i properly connected all of the wires to the wiring harness and completed the install. When i turned the stereo on i had sound for the tuner but not for any of the other features. I checked with the alpine site and it said that the blue and blue/white wires got mixed ip but when i checked the blues were together and the blue/white had no place to connect to anything. if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

maybe if you hooked the blue white on your alpine to the blue on your jeep harness that would do it...........

If you have sound using the tuner but not anything else from what you said then maybe your deck is bad.... brand new decks are sometimes bad... Remember that... Nothing is made perfect.

I dont care about who has the bigger name in the business... The Bigger the name the Bigger the price. NO BETTER QUALITY!!!
