What kind of amp can I buy to run a dual 1 Ohm voice coil sub THX

Each voice coil is 1 ohm? So when wired together in parallel they present a ½ ohm? That doesn’t sound correct .Or do the 2 coils wired together present a 1 ohm load? Also who makes the sub and what’s the model number?
