I got a 03 Jeep and i just brought 2 Kicker L5 15s, I have a Jensen tv in-dash dvd player, what kind of amp do i need to have a good deep bass?

A kicker KX1200.1 would be a good choice.
many shops are closing them out and they can be found for $300-$400

I brought an Autotek class D 1000 watts, is that ok, or do i need better?

that should do, make sure gain is set properly, read the sticky at the top of the fourm...that amp might not be the cleanest amp out there, but will do the job just fine
