I would like to hook up a Kenwood KDC-222 but I don't have a harness, from the back of the receiver, only the exposed pins. Can I please get the layout, I know that all pins won't be used, there are 16 pins, 8 on top and 8 on bottom. Thanks!!!!!

Go visit an authorized Kenwood dealer in your area and they can order the correct wiring harness for you.
