would a port like this

give me deeper bass

as apossed to something like this

or does that not matter or other way around?

if you can tell the difference the first port is wider and shorter

It would change the tuning frequency of the enclosure

it would also change the vent or port noise

would also change the internal airspace of the enclosure

would change the way the subs sound entirely
