My factory CD bit the dust. I want to upgrade, but what are my options to retain the steering wheel controls & trip computer ?

Thanks for the info. I've researched these units before, but all they mention are assigning buttons for the head unit control. I also want to retain the trip computer functions that went away when I took out the factory piece.
