I will be installing a high output alternator in a 95 civic (got it from alterstart, excellent service, ultrafast shipping) and it says that it requires no bracket OR wiring modification, however I will be running a 1000w rms crossfire and 200w rms fosgate. Should I use the same 1/0ga wire that I am running to the distribution block to run the positive from the alternator to the battery. Of course the big three will be upgraded also, but my main question is whether or not I can use car audio power/ground cable and any other input reguarding the alternator installation. thanks in advance

Yes, you can use car audio wiring. Just follow the basic rules like keeping it away from moving parts and heat sources. Covering it with split loom would be a good idea.
