Marginally, lately...

Really, I'd say a qualified "no" to that one as well.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

RF has really gone downhill lately, they used to be alot better than they are now, personally I wouldnt waste money on them.

my friend has two of the power models and they are hella loud in his mustang. even without having an open trunk for the air to reach the cabin. dont know what ones they are of the power 1 or 2 but they are really nice, i havnt seen them yet xD

If what you want is loud then sure, you can make almost any brand get loud.  I can make flea-market Rockwood brands get loud.  If what you want is loud and sounds good, you definitely do not want to use Lanzar and if you use RF you must use their higher end lines and build the system carefully.  For the money, though, there are much better choices.

would a  RF Power T115D4 be considered a higher end line? or what would be some better options for the money?

The power line is the only quality line of RF for the money....so yes that is a good quality sub

I was actually quite impressed with the T1 and T2 lines of woofers.   The T2 is very similar in output then the Kicker L7's but in the right enclosuer they can be a bit cleaner in sound.

They also are good for working out, those suckers are heavy!
