I am trying to install a sound system in my new car, but have no idea how to take out the factory deck. I also bought a pair of 6x9 for the rear and have don't know how to uninstall the rear factory speakers.

for the rear speakers u have to take off the rear dash. pop off the two side air bag cover, then pop out the rear dash. the whole thing is held on by clips. I hope u have made some brackets or be prepared to drill some holes because even though the oem speakers are 6x9's, they are built into a bracket which holes don't line up with aftermarket 6x9's.

as far taking out the radio. there are two bolts on the backside of the radio that u need to get to. u can get to one by popping out the a/c vent above the radio. u will need to remove the storage bin where the aux and 12v plugs are to get to the other one. pop off the two pillars infront the storage bin and also the shift console (be careful when doing so as u can easily crack it) the storage bin should slide right out with a little wiggling. disconnect the aux and 12v from the backside and u should see the other bolt. unscrew it and u should be able get it from there. if there are any other screws from the radio brackets securing it to the car (i don't think there are any) just remove them.
