I Know this is not a installation problem but I own a Pionner DEH-P9200R and I can not figure out why it will not eject the CD. I have it apart and the face dose not fully come down to allow the CD to pop out. I looked on Ebay for another player less face and it seems like most had this same problem. Ohm tested all the switches and reset the gears for the door but nothing is working and the CD is still stuck in it. I love this unit and want to keep it. If anyone knows what it could be or a site that might be able to help that would be awsome. Thanks for any input, Mark

The ribbon cables on those pioneer decks goto H3LL . I did one last summer, it lasted 10 monthes. You think that pioneer would have learned a thing or 2 from kennwood and their rotating face. The cables get wear marks on them, and stop working. They can even develop[e cracks at the flex points. There are 2 cables that most likely need to be replaced.

You can buy new ribbobs from Pioneer direct. Parts like this are relatively cheap.

I would call them directly to see. Sometimes stock is not right on the site.
