I've noticed some of the heavy-hitters are producing full-range class D amps. Anyone used these? How do they stack up?

Alpine
Xtant
Eclipse

Alpine and Eclipse are great amps. I'm not 100% sure about Xtant, I have not really heard that much about them, good or bad.

They are great amps, year 3 for Eclipse with amps using full range class D, same with XTANT in their small 1.1 amp. Alpine PDX and Pioneer Premiere also are now using the patented ICEpower circuity and by all means they have proven to be great amplifiers.

So I'm now thinking about switching to the Eclipse XA4000 for front & rear mains. Ideally I'm looking for around 125x2 front & 50x2 rear, but since that amp isn't staggered I'll be playing with the fader.

Problem is I'm having a hard time finding reliable specs on the output of that amp. Eclipse lists it as 125x4 but that's at 1% THD & unknown voltage. Does anyone have reliable numbers on this amp?

its at 14.4V. it says it on the left side of the little chart thats provided. Eclispe is very reliable. Their quality has always been held with high esteem.

OK, I see the voltage but check out the discrepancy between output at 1% THD vs THD at rated power. What's the "rated" power? I'm guessing at 1% THD it's heavily into clip.
