I am about to install 2 12" RF Punches (P112S4). They're 4 ohm, 300 Max Watt, 150 RMS.

If I were to install them paralelle, would the amp I need be 2 ohm 300w x 1 @ 2 ohms continuous bridged power?

Thinking about useing this Ultimate T2-1200. I'm just asking because someone told me that would underpower the subs. But from what I'v wread, thats the size of amp I'm looking for, no?

Yes you would wire them in parallel and yes it would indeed be a 2 ohm load. The question is do you want a good amp or not. If the answer is yes, consider the JBL CS300.1 for example or anything else for that matter over the Ultimate.

It's actualy my brother system, and he just got the amp for christmas. What I need to know is if that amp would under power the subs. If so, then only one will be installed.

I need to know as soon as posible if that amp will power both subs without underpowering them or if he should just put one in instead. He's constantly on my back about the answer.
