 i have a new system in my car the 2 12'' s are ran off of a ma audio 4000w rms amp my lights like almost shut off when my bass hits there hooked up to run at 2 ohms i have a 20 farad cap and an optima bat with 0 gauge wires throughout.......what do i need to do to help or stop my light from diming so much if someone could help me out like write me an email or sumthing it would be greatly app. thank you very much and oh yeah the systems in a 2000 jeep cherokee 4.0 sport thank you

 time for a alternator upgrade.
 look into
 
 irragi alternators
 High output alternators (the company)
 powermaster
 
 You should be looking for the highest amp alternator you can buy
 
 270+ amps, should be about $400-$500
 
 But that is the ONLY thing in the car that can make power, nothing else will make the power that amps is going to draw, period!

 so u have a HK4000D right?  just be very careful dropping below 11vs because that is where u smoke amps...
