i got the wiring harness together and on the back of the factory radio there is a singel wire purple and yellow stripe i beleive. It has a white connector on the end its on the driver side of the radion next to the black connector top corner, what is it? is it for the factory amp for the stock infinity sound system

If it's the lone wire that clips onto the back of the factory radio by itself, it's the ground. Notice there's no ground wire in your harness. You can either run your own, or put a male disconnect on the new radio's ground wire to connect to this one.
