In am installing a Sont head unit into a 2002 Avalanche.  I have all the wires hooked up but I an not getting any sound through the speakers.  Am i missing a factory amp of something.  It is not a Bose but it does have On-star.  I do not wish to hook the On-Star back up because i do not use it.  Any help in the problem would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

there is a factory amp in those and i beleive its behind the glove compartment...Goodluck
