hey Im thinking of inverting only one sub and leaving the other two regular. I came across this thread about reversing polarity. but my question is when only using one amp and wiring the three in a 4 ohm load, will reversing the polarity on the inverted sub effect the total load?
by the way i'm using the old school jlw6s, and a single enclosure(one chamber)

oh, each subs are dual 6 ohms.

That was a good old thread to pull up.  And no, reversing polarity will not change the sub's impedance.

Sweet...I have an old school JL 12W6 also. Very nice sub and tough as hell. Sound quality is awesome. good choice.

what amp are you using to run them??? they should have at least 500 watts each
