It is made from mostly the same parts and manufacturers as Memphis.

Pretty decent stuff for the money

Their higher end subs are pretty good....I know a guy who built a system with four planet audio 12's and 2000 watts and hit 159DB

Here is the thread about it...very interesting and pretty sweet
