Hey guys i have a client at work who has an Eclipse cd5423 and is having a problem unlocking it. I know that there is a master cd that you use to lock it but he does not have it anymore,or has lost it. anyway is there a master/hard reset that will unlock the thing. I know all of this sounds a little fishy but i would not be asking if i did not know the guy. thanks

Take the deck with proper proof of ownership to an authorized Eclipse dealer and be prepared to pay a significant fee to unlock it.
