Hi I'm driving a 2007 Corolla CE, anyway I'm trying to install an amp and subs, ran into one problem, which wire is the remote wire? I cant find out which wire is the remote wire so I can tap off of it to send the signal to my amp, I was told to tap into the 12V wire or a Red wire, if anyone can help me further please do.

believe it is a grey wire behind the radio. should read ground with ignition off and +12v when ignition on.

Norlmaly there is no remote wire on oem radio. You can probably use the acc wire for that purpose. Your amp will come on every time the the key is turned in this case.

Just use the accessory wire, tap into that and there you go, you have your remote turn on.

how do i know which wire the acc wire is?

Check other posts on same vehicle for wire codes, if not you can check with multimeter. When ignition is on you have 12+v, when off=0. Most likely some red wire, sometimes striped red.
