If I bridge 2 channels, from a four channel amp, can I still use the remaining two channels to connect two other speakers/subs as usual?

I am asking because I have a 12" sub in my car, and I am thinking of getting two 5.25" subs for the interior. The 5.25 subs rms is 100 watts (4 ohms), and the four channel amp I want to get is listed:
225W RMS (continuous) x 2, bridged
110W RMS (continuous) x 4 @ 2 ohms
80W RMS (continuous) x 4 @ 4 ohms

Does this mean that I will I be able to bridge 2 channels to the 12" sub sending 225w rms to it, and connect the remaining channels to the two smaller subs sending 110w or 80w rms to them?? Please help,    Thanks!

Yes.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
