Recently fitted a set of Orion P6.2 components into my own car. After playing them for a while i have noticed that there seems to be an imaging problem. Midbass is tremendous and top end sounds ok but the focus seems to be at either side rather than the center of the dash. I am thinking that both tweeters may be out of phase with the mids. What do the educated people think :) ?

what kind of car.....? factory location?

what speakers did your car have before? only midbass?

keep in mind that tweeters are very directional
