Trying to decide between these three models.I will have an amp that can power any of these with ease.Have read some good reviews on all three but am still undecided.Any input from actual users on this board would be helpful. <>Pioneer Premier TS-W1041C Kenwood Excelon KFC-XW10dB <>KENWOOD EXCELON KFC-XW1205db

I bet dimes to dollars that I could make them perform properly and sound great doing it.

Any specific model?Are you a box builder?I'm guessing most of the replys I get are going to be negative but I also understand most have not used any of these models.

[/QUOTE] Me, a box builder. Naw, I am just a smart *** that knows a little about car audio. The performance of the sub is going to be dictated by the box, it is all about the box. That said, you can build the ideal box and have that sub work to the best of it's abilities but if your expectations exceed those abilities, you are back to square one again. ------------- Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

edit: I never did look up that Pioneer sub, I was thinking the new ugly blue cones....but this one, I like it...I'd take that over the Kenwood anyday
I like everything else Kenwood...just not their subs
