I forks. i install a system in a maxima with two amps and a pioneer HU. the problem is that any time i turn on or turn off the HU or the ignition the make the tumpin noise , so i want to know what cause the tumping noise or some could help me please. thank craze

ground issue with the deck is my guess. try swappin another deck into the car, had this happen with many pioneer hu, once in my own truck

It also can be improperly set gains. How did you set your gains, any kind of bass boost etc.......

Ground issue may be the problem....nissans don't have a ground in the harness so unless the radio is iso-mounted you may want to hook up another ground.

Any linedrivers, epic centers, eq. Sound like maybe something is not connected. Your amps are staying on after your headunit shuts off or vice veras. check battery, acc, and ground on all componets
