Adding an aftermarket amp to a factory Bose system in a 99 Escalade, I found the 2-wire factory subwoofer connector but dont know which is positive or negative, anyone have the info for it?

Subwoofer 1 +	Dk.blue/white
Subwoofer 1 -	Lt.GREEN / WHITE

If you can stay away from BOSE. The bose system is picky about voltage, best way is get a line converter with pots to adjust line voltage.
