on the port length calcular on this site is it asking for the total box value w/displacements or without?

Entering the total box volume with the speaker displacement will get you very close, but for precise tuning, use a frequency generator to determine the exact length of the port for the desired frequency. You may also want to compare your results with those from more elaborate programs that provide for additional information.
