I am getting a pop noise everytime I try to air the truck up or down throught the speakers. I unhooked the RCAs to both amps and the noise gos away. If any other info is needed please let me know! Its a 98 GMC Sonoma, thanks in advance for any help!

You need to put a diode across the coil of your relay or solenoid or both.

There are no relays for the switchbox, it just has a + input that distributes out the power to all the switches. The switches then just put + out to the valves that are grounded to themselves.

The valves are  solenoids.  you need to connect a diode to each valve,  connect the banded end to the positive wire and ground the other end of the diode.  It will be better to mount them as close to the valves as possible.
