Hi guys, I own a pioneer avic n2, 2 power acoustik amps, one for a 2channel (for subs) one 4 channel for the speakers. Car is a 2006 chrysler 300. well a while back i had some serious ground noise issues that were solved by a member here with fuses and grounding to the case (damn pioneer). So now that is is solved there is a noise of a hummm more so. This is not ground noise I dont think because even when the car is in acc position the humm is still there. if i turn the gains all the way down it goes away but then no music.... Any help what could cause this and what would fix it?

Are your interconnect cables running close to your amp power cables?  If one or the other isn't shielded well enough you can get a humming/buzzing noise that will increase with your volume...

You do know about Pioneer's rca problem right? If not, do a search.

hello thanks the wires are separated, and yeah i know the problems of the rca's with damn pioneer. The noise was a lot greater before the fix of grounding the rcas outer edge to the case. But this noise is almost like a fan hummm. Not sure what to do.
