looking for head unit w/ novelty feature.

I ran into someone that was talking about a particular feature, and I thought it was rather novel.

Basically, when the car was turned off, the unit Broadcast a message through the speakers.  The car was a Nissan 300ZX, and the unit spoke, "Thank you for flying Flight 300," before you exited the car.

What is this feature really called, does anyone know of any particular models or companies that have that?

That sounds like part of a navigation system. 

An annoying part, if you ask me. posted_image
