I bought an PDX 1.1000 amp on the weekend, hooked it all up and nothing. You can feel the sub move a litttle bit but not what it should be. My equipment ; IVA-D100, MRP-F450, SWR-1242, Type R 6 1/2 front and Back, 1.0 Farad Cap and PDX 1.1000. Last weekend my old amp blew all its fuses it was a pioneer 1000 watt, that is why i bought the new Alpine amp. Checked all of my in line fuses, main power fuse and distribution fuses, replaced them all still the same problem. The amp powers up and everything but no sound! My other amp for speakers works fine its on the same distribution block and same remote turn on.  I also tried a different sub it did the same thing. Oh I also tried the rca's from the MRP-F450 to the PDX input, same problem. Any ideas?

1: What head unit are you using?
2: How is your gain set?

-------------
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Found the problem, fuse was blown, didn't look blown, but it was!
