A factory changer generally does not have a reset button. What you can try for giggles is to reset it by unplugging the changer itself for a few minutes and then plug it back in and try it. If for some reason you can't get to the changer plug you can also reset it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes as well.

If this doesn't work and you are daring enough you can remove the changer and start taking it apart (several tiny screws usually) and try to manually eject the cartridge..but be careful not to bend or break anything or it's all over. Reassemble if you free it and test it out.

If this doesn't work it is time for a repair or replacement of the changer..they do go bad unfortunatly..like any other electrical part with all kinds of mechanisims in it.
