I installed an Alpine head unit in my Jeep today and there is a factory subwoofer in the center console. It doesn't work since I installed this new head unit. I purchased the wireing harness for the 2005 Jeep Wrangler Sport and I assumed it was going to work with the subwoofer. Has anyone had this issue and could tell me what I need to do to make a modification. Thanks!

       I am pretty sure the only thing you need to do is connect the amp turn on wire of the radio    Blue/White to the blue wire of the harness you purchased. This will turn the factory amp on.
