Hi

Can you put a home made USB input into your own head unit?

i have managed to do it for a headphone jack (3.5mm) from some website...

Just wondering if anyone has done this and what parts to use, and wires to use from the head unit?

You'd need a small USB->analog converter (digital to analog) somewhere in your path.

You could something like this used on e-bay:

then gut it or mod it to suit your installation.
