I am looking to get a sub or subs in my 96 nissan hardbody. Really there is not a lot of room in there and I was wondering what choice would be better for the truck (more SPL than SQ) 2 6" subs, I had the JL 6w0s in mind or one of those shallow mount 10" subs. I havent really looked into the shallow mount subs but saw JL is coming out with them for 07. I still cant find them anywhere to buy so I would be open for suggestions on the shallow mount.

Thanks!

Oh and the amp I have is an MTX 251D.

the pioneers shallow mount subs sound pretty good, but they aren't necessarily an 'spl' subwoofer.  i've done a few pairs of 12's last year and they all sounded plenty loud.  they just came out with 10's and 8's too, but i haven't heard them.  i think earthquake makes a nice shallow sub too. the jl one will (from what i hear) be the slimmest in depth.
