im running my kickers at 1 ohm with a bx1205d hifonics (1200rms at 1)

can my speakers handle that imp. sound pretty good i used to have them at 2 ohms (900 rms)

The speakers don't handle impedance. The speakers ARE impedance - a LOAD.

Do you have 2 of them? Are they DVC? If you have two, 2 ohm DVC woofers, you CANT get 1 ohm. You can get 1/2 ohm, 2 ohm or 8 ohms.
