Anyone ever dealt with these products, someone said the small batteries are better than a cap.

RE Audio has developed quite a reputation in the few years they've had a product available.  From everything I've heard, the equipment is quite competetive.  I've never actually.. uhh.. heard the equipment though.

Kinetik Batteries are a sort of, IMO, overpriced niche product that supposedly are great for car stereo applications.  Actually.. the small batteries do look nifty for installs and Kinetik batteries in general are very comparable with Optima batteries.. supposedly outclassing them in several respects.  If your considering purchasing one, I'd replace the primary battery in my car.. not stick that overpriced little one in my trunk.

Capacitors aren't very useful no matter what your application.  A small battery, regardless of who makes it, would always provide a far superior electrical source than a capacitor.  The small batteries are better than a cap because they are small batteries.
