After installing a PYLE DVD player and FM modulator my factory installed radio/CD player stopped working. I can stiil eject the cd and insert cd as usual but no audio. Radio is not working either. I have not touched any cabel of cd player. I  used the ciggrate lighter wires. It is Dodge caravn 2003 SE . If somebody know what should be wrong please reply.

your have blown the fuse for the switched power is my guess. Your cd still ejects becasue that runs on the constant memory power, which obviously that fuse is not blown. check for the fuse for radio!! I hope this helps.

FUSE is OK. Is it related to the ciggarate lighter wires? I have used only two wires(which shows 12V while ignition is ON) of the three connected to the lighter and third one is left alone. When I press time button on the radio I can see the time for a while.

you getting the time to show when you press the button only proves more that the switched fuse is toast and your memory fuse is fine.  Im not sure on your van but my gm the cig lighter is directly tied into the radio , and dome light fuse.  you mention 3 wires at the ciggy lighter? i believe should only be 2 there power and ground.  For sure something you have done involving the cig lighter is directly related to the radio!! And if all the fuses check out then try undoing what you have done and see if the deck works.
