How can i connect 3 cvx 4 ohms 12 icnh speakers to a 1000/1 JL audio amp.

If they are single voice coil woofers like it seems you have it written, not dvc, you will either end up with a 1.3333 ohm load or 12 ohm load. Neither of which is ideal for that amp, but I bet you could get away with the 1.3333 load, just don't hold me responsible for any smoking equipment.
